How often do you wake up with back pain?
Abi, one of our Sports Therapists, has produced a morning stretch routine to take you through some exercises that will help alleviate aches and pains along with some wise advice.
We see and treat many clients with back pain. Movement is key, as long as you are moving without severe pain. If you find that your back pain is continuing or getting worse we would encourage you to make an appointment; knowledge is power and we will help you with your recovery.
