Dear Naz I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the recent physio you carried out on my shoulder. You quickly worked out what the issue was and the combination of your physio, acupuncture and the exercises you have given me have meant I have had no further issues. You are also now one of a select few that have seen all my tattoos. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to all my friends, family and business acquaintances.

Hi Naz, Just to let you know that I managed to get round the full 26.2 without having to stop for my knee. I did get a bit of pain for the last 5 miles, but I think I would have anyway. The good news is that my knee doesn't feel much worse than it did last week, so thanks for your help in getting me to the start line. I've no doubt I wouldn't have been able to do it without your help. My time was 3:35:54, which I was happy with considering no training for 3 weeks close to the race. Looking forward to my massage tonight (I think). Cheers, Craig
